Traseul va fi in jurul lacului din Parcul Tineretului. Acesta va fi complet marcat (cu banda de semnalizare si sageti de confirmare a directiei). Va exista un punct intermediar de revitalizare, dupa km2 si unul principal, la Finish, in care veti gasi: apa, bautura isotonica, fructe, ciocolata, glucoza.
- 5k – o tura
- 10k – doua ture
- 15k – trei ture
ZONA DE START
Start-ul & Finish-ul, locul de intalnire pentru preluarea kiturilor de concurs, sedinta tehnica si incalzirea sunt in Parcul Tineteretului, intrarea Sincai.

The course will be around the lake in Parcul Tineretului.The START & FINISH point are located at the main entrance of the park – Sincai (Underground and parking at walking distance). Depending on choosen trial, you’ll have to run one, two or three laps:
- 5k – one lap
- 10k – two laps
- 15k – three laps
The course will be completely delimitated (with tape and arrows). One refreshment point will be on the course (afer 2nd km), and one at the Finish, where you’ll find: water, isotonic drink, fruits, chocolate etc.
